What to do first?
If you are not 100% happy with your product, for whatever reason please don't hesitate to get in touch. The best thing to do is to contact us as soon as you receive the product and realise there is a problem, then, if its a physical product, send it back to the address below, within 2 weeks (4 weeks for International destinations). For digital products please see below.
Refunds
Once we have received your product back, we will double check the problem then issue a refund or a replacement depending on your preference.
Digital downloadable goods
Because these goods are not tangible, we will assess them individually, case by case. It is unlikely that the product would not be delivered, due to the high reliability of the company we use (Cartloom) . The most likely problem for a downloadable product is a technical one. This could be anything from a compatibility issue, to not having the most up to date software. Please look in our Technical Area or FAQ/HELP.
